ClinicHaven was founded by Brianna Rivera, a seasoned ambulatory nurse with over a decade of hands-on experience in clinic operations, compliance, and staff engagement.

ClinicHaven was created when founder, Brianna Rivera, heard “why don’t you trademark your work” one too many times. Over a decade of working in various roles as an ambulatory nurse, Brianna made observations, developed solutions, recommended, and implemented the tough changes successfully improving patient outcomes and clinic productivity while preserving staff needs. Brianna’s expertise is sought out for her natural and innate leadership ability to discover operational gaps of a clinic setting and transitioning ineffective workflows to highly efficient workflows that then drive improvements in quality care, patient experiences, and staff engagement. She also provides one-on-one consultations to help develop clinic scaling, staffing analyses, scheduling template analyses, policy and procedure reviews, and other specific requests to personally elevate your clinic. When certain requests may be out of Brianna’s scope of work, she has many resources and partnerships that will provide the solution desired.

Yes, we offer one-on-one consultation services tailored to your clinic’s focus areas, including workflow efficiency, leadership guidance, and scaling.
We do recommend having an additional legal eye review for any differences in state regulations with verbiage towards liability. A good example would be the Minor Consent policy, as the ages and regulations vary in each state.
We use our experience, evidence-based practice, and national resources to produce the verbiage. You will see this tagged in the Standard of Care section. Typical resources are from the CDC, HRSA Manual, Federal Regulations, and OSHA.
Make sure to always educate and train your entire staff on the P&Ps of your clinic/organization. Auditors will likely ask for their competencies to include these for your initial hires and annually. Check out our Employee Maintenance Record to help keep track of typical auditor guidance when it comes to employee files.
We suggest having your clinic manager or lead nurse complete these walkthroughs on a monthly basis to ensure your clinic/organization is audit ready at all times. Simply use the tool and go through each line item. If you find something that needs to be fixed or resolved, use the comment section, this way if an auditor does come and finds something you can already state that you have acknowledged this and provide the date of the previous walkthrough and the solution to the auditor.
